The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean and very basic. Good location on the freeway end of town. They just updated to a better cable service. Breakfast was adequate. They have popcorn in the evenings.

Fortunately had reservation since hotel was sold out. Courteous staff, especially when checking in at midnight. Clean,spacious room. Great stopover place en route to backcountry. Would definitely stay here again when coming though town.

We were on our way to Seattle and the freeway was bumper-to-bumper in 102 degree heat. We got off the freeway and drove through Cle Elum (doesn't take long) and randomly selected this lodge.
