“Poor customer service and too many non-English help”

Got woken up by noisy neighbors next door at 12:45 AM:( Couldn't get back to sleep to save my life. Night manager took care of the riff raff and had them leave. “Wedding night”

They helped get a wedding block set up and a suite for us the night of our wedding. They also allowed me to get into the room earlier than the typical check on time to set things up for later. Unfortunately the place was under construction during our stay but noise seemed limited to around the lobby.

Congratulations on the wedding and thank you for staying with us here in Bothell. We are so happy we could make your Wedding stay with us enjoyable. We hope that you come back and stay with us on your anniversary next year, we will have our hotel remodel complete and we look forward to seeing you again. More

3 Days staying in this hotel which is very convenient near Seattle. No problem to find restaurant which are minutes walking from hotel.
