My first stay on Bainbridge and not my last. Hotel is only ok- beds are mediocore, rooms a bit dated and free breakfast is nothing to get excited about. But the location is decent, within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Expect there are better options on the Island with a bit of planning.

Given the positive reviews, we were disappointed in the size and quality of the room, which was poorly maintained (paint peeling, latch in disrepair, poorly lit, worn carpeting, etc.). The space was apportioned in an odd way with the room itself being quite small and the bathroom large. Not worth the extra money.
