Clean, well maintained, courteous staff, quiet, easy to get to, walkable (20 min) to Colonial Wmsburg. Average continental breakfast, limited hot water in AM was only con, overall a wonderful stay, will go back again without hesitation.

We stay here twice a year and couldn't be happier. The price is affordable, the owners fantastic and the location is convenient to historic area and shopping. The rooms are clean and the staff very accommodating. We will be staying here next week.

Stayed one night after spending the day at Busch Gardens. Old facility but very affordable and the front desk staff was really fantastic with some last minute requests. Don't stay here if you are looking for the Hilton...the rooms are updated a bit and the mattresses are tough but a great location and price make up for that quite nicely.... More

The location is very close to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center and close to restaurants. The hotel is well maintained and the staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast is basic continental fare. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was an excellent value for the price.

Stayed here for a little out of town work. The hotel owner/manager got bery angry when i complained about a large sticky stain on my carpet that had been there since taking the room. The girlfriend and myself stayed here for two days while visiting Busch Gardens. The location was great right in the historic district of Williamsburg. The hotel it self was nice and clean. Comfy beds and a great shower. The staff was awesome, very friendly and even knew my name. Totally a great place. There is also a pool to use.... More

Not the best or the worst. Mostly Clean and convienant. Odd place for a hotel, it was behind some not nice residential houses. Would not stay again. Wifi signal was good.
