“Great place to stay”

Have had a couple of very pleasant weekend stays, winter and summer with its beautiful garden and quiet surroundings. You can walk to the falls or pop into town for the colorful market.Clean comfortable and warm accommodation. Deb and Ross were great Hosts and Yogi the dog a delight. We will be back!

“Rainbow Falls Lodge a great location”

Rainbow Lodge was great! Stunning location, surrounded by peacful gardens and a 2min walk from the Rainbow Falls - a must see. The spa is a definate plus - set up on a private deck with a view of the gardens. Deb and Ross are great hosts, very relaxed and helpful. Throughly enjoyed our stay!

I showed up late with 3 extra friends - bot Debs and Ross were completely accommodating and made everything work for us. Was a great great place to relax outta the way of it all, but close enough with car to everything you need. Made a great central point for day trips to Cape Reinga, 90 Mile Beach, Pihia etc... More

Friendly helpful service made us to feel right at home. The quiet location set in tropical gardens was ideal for a good nights sleep. The room was well appointed with a comfortable large warm bed. The accommodation is just right for two people the bed was comfortable and the whole room was clean and neat. A kitchenette in the corner allowed preparation of food with a microwave. Ross and Deb offered the use of their bar-b-que for cooking on the deck. Location for us was perfect quite no traffic noise and close to Rainbow Falls.... More
