Stayed last weekend with family - had 2 rooms on 1st floor, both spotless and comfortable. Central yet quiet location. It's only a few minutes walk from Romford town centre and the train station for access to London centre. Pleasant and helpful staff. Free parking. Booked in advance for a better price. No complaints at all.

This hotel is a good budget alternative to staying in Central London. Friendly staff. Good local shopping centre nearby. Restaurant is good value and friendly. Stayed here for a weekend, really good hotel, very friendly efficient staff, good food, excellent value for money, rooms, very clean. Would recommend this budget hotel to anyone wanting a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Romford

We had an overnight stay in this hotel as we had a funeral to go to in the area. The hotel receptionists were lovely and always had a smile of greeting and were extremely helpful. Very tired, try another Premier Inn. Internet didn't work and reception knew nothing about it and couldn't help. Restaurant was good, breakfast good. Very overly priced for a Premier Inn we paid over £100 for 1 night!!!! After reading other reports I think I must have got a bad room, the bed had a ridge right down the middle.

Great hotel - very quiet. A large group of us booked a number of rooms as we were attending a wedding locally. Stayed a friday & saturday night.
