staying in this hotel from last 2 months, very friendly staff which is always ready to help and assist you, neat and clean rooms, very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, many venues and entertainment places in the proximity of hotel location. in simple words its VALUE FOR MONEY :)

The location is great for this hotel since i could walk to some of the big shopping malls from here like like the exchange mall where you can find Marks and Spencers, Woolworths, TK Maxx Base, d2, Debenhams, HMV, New Look,WH Smith, The Body Shop or even the Ilford High Road Shops which some of the brands can be found!... Stayed here in February for a course, arrived late and was greeted by a very friendly night receptionist, Zahid i think he was called. He was great. The room was a little shabby, although it was clean. It was in a great location, great hotel and very good considering how cheap it was!!
