Good location close to Ilford Station & Shopping Centre - small single room. Room is very small which was a slight negative. Carpets good do with replacing throughout. Breakfast server can be a little intimating as she does not smile. But overall all positive.

A perfect service for the price. Everything we expected with the exception of the breakfast which was very poor. We went to a local cafe for another one! Free WiFi does what it should. Beds very comfortable. The shower cubicle was small but the shower itself was very good. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights and overall the experience was a positive one. Breakfast ladies and receptionists are really polite and are trying their best to help you . Definitely will come back next time. Thank you guys for everything!

Their web site claims it is "a moment's walk" from Ilford station, which is an outrageous lie. In fact it's a 20 minute trudge right up to the very end of Mansfield street.
