I stayed for one night at the harrow and was more than pleased. The receptionist upon arrival was more than helpful. I chose to have dinner in the bar in the evening and the barman could not have been more friendly and helpful. I stayed whilst my partner was in hospital, hence being on my own and I felt very... Dear TanyaJersey Thank for your kind words. I have passed you comments on to the housekeeper and Barman. I hope all went well with your partner and we look forward to seeing you at the Harrow Hotel again maybe under nicer circumstances Kind regards More

This hotel and it's manager are a complete disgrace to their industry. My particular room was cold, dusty, had a shower that was fitted way too low and only suitable for a midget and had a bed with insufficient blankets and shredded bedspread. There was also the last occupants hotel questionnaire still in the desk and dated a fortnight previous.... More

Dear Neil B Thank you for your Tripadvisor comments. On departure you asked for a full refund because your room was cold at 3.00am. You were offered additional heating by reception but you declined and I do not feel this warranted a full refund. You have kept to your word that if I did not offer you a full refund... More

We chose this hotel as we were going to the cup final at Wembley and we wanted somewhere not too many tube stops away. This was perfect as Harrow had some good pubs for dinner and on cup final day we had a really easy return to the hotel unlike many unfortunates who struggled to leave amongst all the criowds.... Stayed on business for one night. Arrived at night and noticed in a skip on the car park that there were two old matresses dirty, stained so not a welcome sight. I was "upgraded" to a family room, this appeared to be a simple exercise in how many beds you could fit into a room. Main bedroom door frame was... More

Dear Mikie Thank you for your review, I guess you must be the Mikie in room 278 on the 6th. Feb. I must apologies for the skip, we don’t have a back area to the hotel so the best we can do is put it on the side of the hotel, you mentioned stained mattresses, after sitting in a skip... More

I have stayed about 4 times at this hotel over the last 3 months for business reasons, for a few days on each occasion. Each room I've stayed in has been a revelation. The first was a suite and was the foundation of a good hotel experience. The other stays were in variously sized double-bed rooms which left me somewhat... More

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago after travelling from Sheffield. Reception team were great, welcoming and friendly even though I was checking in after 10pm. The room (i was in an annex) was a good standard, clean and tidy, no traffic noise, no noise through the wall. The breakfast, full english, was superb - much better to be... More

Having stayed here four times before I was hoping and thinking I would have a great stay as before. Disappointing though either the extra custom of the olympics or olympic style bed trampolining seems to have struck. The mattress on our bed was on its last legs and the heating we were told would only be on at 4pm..... come... More

Thank you for your comments and great to hear from you. Thank you for your information on the Hotel Guest Questionnaire on your departure, we had already checked your mattress in your room before you put your comments on tripadviser, it isn’t the firmest of mattress. We date all mattresses and that room shows 4 years old, maybe it’s time... More

I paid £63 for my room ....what a total rip off ...it was not worth £40. The annex rooms in this hotel are basically not a hotel, its closer to a doss house ...located 100 yards from the main hotel you access your room through very narrow corridors with dirty carpets. The rooms have 1970's furniture ...rubbish...The room I was... More

Thank you for your comments... sorry you had a bad experience at the hotel. We were busy over that weekend and the room you were allocated had not yet been cleaned, but as you said the helpful and pleasant receptionist immediately found you another room that was ready. Although you mentioned in your comments on Tripadviser you would pay a... More

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and it was more than enough the room was very worn and in need of a total refurbishment Asked for room service for breakfast and advised they were very busy, why could I not get to the restaurant (somewhat defeats the object of room service)!
