We stayed here for one night. arriving by car. there is free parking for hotel geasts. Reception staff is helpfull and friendly. The room I would rate as "Standard" with everything functioning. This hotel is fine, nothing fancy Breakfast was good, lots of choice overlooking the lake in the sunshine 5 mins walk from my office, although on a busy main road Not in central Rotterdam, but suited my location needs Friendly staff Would stay again

was there on a seminar. good hotel, great service and wonderfull staff. rooms ok tough the bsthroom could use a renovation. beds are super. breakfast and lunch buffet are very good. location is not that spectacular but on the other hsnd easy to reach

Arrived 11pm, with -7c in Rotterdam. The room was freezing and hasn't been heated. The bathroom has no heating. Room service: hardly no choice... between Pizza or tomato soup :( Pizza arrived and was disgusting, the crust wasn't baked.... Fridge in room was empty... Next time I will avoid this hotel

its not near the main city of rotterdam. the hotel is nothing much. i have stayed a few times now. the rooms are clean the beds are ok. but its quite old and i would prefer to find a newer hotel to stay at. the parking is right outside and bar is just ok. breakfast is pathetic.

Staff of the hotel was very friendly, especially during check in and check out. We had a very good breakfast for little value of money. This hotel has Free WiFi and Free parking. Very clean hotel. Hotel has a free bicycles, nice to have a little drive during the summer days

Very good hotel in quiet area 10 min walk to the shopping center, 3 miles from Rotterdam. Very good size rooms, very clean, good service very helpful staff and rich breakfast ..............................................................................................................:)

This is an excellent hotel, but probably too far out of the city center for it to attract tourists, You certainly won't find it if you are strolling around downtown Rotterdam as it's nowhere near the city center, Situated where it is if you need to business in the area or if you don't mind catching the local train then...
