We were at the hotel in August 2011
Hotel as a building is fine, nothing wrong with that.
Location is also good. Hotel is lokated in the center of vilage and really 3 min walk to the sea.
But If the service of the hotel is important for you then you should not choose this hotel. Dreadful.
