Friendly and helpful staff. Asked for and got early access to room on top floor. Basic facilities includes kettle, microwave, fridge/freezerbut large balcony. Large Mercardo supermarket opposite. I would recommend Karens Bar in Palma Nova for great eats and drinks/ Sky Sports. Only thing I would say is that the beds are very incomfortable; apart from that all good!

Stayed here from 5th to 15th September. Apartment was spacious, and quite clean.
