“Hotel is great, place isn't”

we were ten days a this hotel and it was very good. Staff was nice, food great, rooms clean and had everything you need. Only problem was finding the hotel from the bus stop. Magaluf itself is not a good place for families. Its suits more party people.

Clean friendly hotel, excellent location overlooking the bay from the terrace, resturant and room. Seaview room was clean, quiet, balcony and had excellent free wireless internet. Terrace has both stairs and lift directly down to beech. Resturant was noisy from waiters constantly moving cutlery around. Buffet food everyday, was average but okay and varied. I had the misfortune to stay at this Hotel on the 16th October 2012. I will start with the positives.
