Ceiling of the room was water damaged and the room smelled very moldy and musty. The hotel is located between housing projects and a Greyhound bus station. The towels and linens are very cheap and thin. The wireless Internet worked intermittently and was very slow.

Beautiful lobby and the rooms were ok but nothing special. My friend brought me there from Fairfax, Va. he stayed for a few hours and I had to pay 10.00 for parking. Not worth the three star rating it got. Overly priced. Halls smelled weird. Bathroom smelled horrible but clean for some reason. Staff was very friendly and helpful. But hotel doesn't offer a complimentary breakfast which is absurd considering the price we had to buy for a big hotel. Would not recommend since there are better options in downtown Norfolk.
