That is about it. everything else is quite average and the fact that the hotel is divided in two buildings makes it complicated especially when you have to dress up the children for the intense cold just to go to breakfast. Accommodation very good. Bedrooms very comfortable. Shuttle to ski lift very good and efficient. Dinner buffet fine. Hotel staff delightful. Wellness centre nice although some parental constraint would have been welcome. Not sure why Crystal charged us for under occupancy of the room when there was only a double bed and 2 of us. We were charged for 3 people!
