My husband and I stayed here one night. The best location in Granada, close to the Park and the Churches and the Lake Nicaragua is a bike ride away (don't try to walk to the Lake from here, it looks close on the map but it isn't). The bike rental was only $1 per hour. A/C worked perfectly, the courtyard... More

I had lunch at Hotel Dario. The meal was very good. I had the steak, which was great. Also there is free wifi in the hotel lobby/restaurant, just ask for the password. Also, for what it's worth, the bathroom facilities were also very good, clean, and included TP!

The Hotel Dario is right on the Calzada, the pedestrian street in Granada that has a fantastic variety of streetside cafe's to choose from. Room was clean and spacious, food was good, service was outstanding. The only two drawbacks were the tiny pool and the very uncomfortable chairs in the meeting room! Certainly a great option in Granada

This hotel is on the street with all the bars and restaurants - you only need to walk outside the front door to pick a place to eat and it's a VERY short walk to the center. They had a room last minute, it was a fine size, hot showers, cute pool area that had sun in the afternoon, and... More

If you are staying in Granda- this is the hotel you want to book! I have stayed here on two separate occasions and experienced clean rooms, great food, great service and well maintained facilities both times. The hotel is beautiful. The pool area is small, clean, and tropical. There are sitting areas throughout the courtyards, as well as a few... More

A quaint hotel in Granada with a good location. We were only there one night but had no complaints about the hotel, and would stay there again if we go back. Very reasonably priced, with a beautiful courtyard and a cute pool.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights last weekend. Its really a great colonial hotel, with the rooms built around a pretty courtyard. Our room was on the first floor, facing the courtyard, which was noisy at night.Next time I would change the room to the suites on the 2nd floor. But I really was impressed with the architecture, true to the Spanish colonial that... We just stayed at Hotel Dario for one night. We booked 2 rooms - 1 had a shower, the other had a bath. Both had small fridges which was a nice surprise. Room came with a free breakfast & free drink (rum). Service was slow. Pool is small, but the location is great, though was a little hard to find.... More

We stayed at the Hotel Dario for one night in February. It is a really beautiful place, in an old Spanish colonial building, centrally located in town with restaurants, shops and bars right outside the front door, and the main plaza just a short walk away. The rooms are located around two inside courtyards with fountains and greenery, a very... More

My wife called the hotel once we crossed the border from Costa Rica to alert the hotel that we would be arriving late. Jennifer who works at the front desk assured my wife that a taxi would be waiting for us when we arrived. A polite gentleman named Ernesto was waiting for us when the Trans Nica bus arrived at...
