Expensive Airport Hotel, good shuttle service too airport. Service was not so good. Breakfast was forgotten once. Staff was not clear what was included in the rate. Called 3 times to get a delivered package finally delivered. Check-in was not very good organized.

They try. Staff is accessible and very friendly. Hotel rooms old and a bit dingy. They need new carpets and curtains. Rooms on the 1st floor need an upgrade the carpets are old and dingy. Bad choice of sheets and comforters. Breakfast is overpriced.
