The service, value, and location are excellent. the staff seems to go out of their way to provide a pleasant stay. The balconies in each room is great, as it provides a wonderful view around the clock. And the value for the dollar can't be beat. Locally-owned and operated is the way to go.

Nice quiet hotel. Absolutely loved the view from the room. Deck right off the room where we watched gulls, egrets, herons etc in the morning and the sunset at night. Continental breakfast is not something to get excited about....a microwave in the breakfast room (not really a restaurant) would be helpful and a coffeepot in the room would be awesome.... More
