When you are stressed and have a good reason that you're late for a spa appt. It doesn't matter, they will not accommodate you. Their policies are all about raking in $. Outrageous gratuity added to cost of service..It was not worth it. Spas are supposed to be doting, the manager is stone cold and inflexible. More
