Our daughter was singing in a concert at Johnson State College and we needed a place to stay not too far away. I am so happy I found Village Victorian. We were travelling from Boston to Montreal and found this lovely website when googling accommodation in the region, and I am so glad we did. Philip and Ellen were absolutely wonderful. This was a perfect B&B. Relaxing, clean, and wonderful hosts. The breakfast was top notch and lasted us well through lunch. Ellen and Phil provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We are already planning our next stay here.

Can't beat the value for this very cute B&B in the heart of New England. Ellen and Phil are extremely gracious hosts, accommodating our 4 families including young kids. And the country style breakfast was the perfect start to a great ski day. Don't miss it.

It was so much fun having all you folks too!... what a hoot... not to mention setting a record here! After 14 years of innkeeping, we finally got stretched to our MAXIMUM.... 18 people in 5 rooms... we had to even borrow a roll-a-way... our 3 roll-a-ways have always been enough before! My sister, daughter and 7 mos. granddaughter stayed at Phil and Ellen's for three nights. Our plan was to dog sled and we were glad to find Village Victoria as Phil and Ellen accept children. The upper suite was more than comfy, private with cozy bedding and pillows....I am VERY particular about my pillows! Phil and Ellen are very hospitable... More

It was a great visit for us too! ...and you got here in spite of all the snow. Also happy that you enjoyed Ellen's "pillows"... and will probably never understand (even after 14 years of inn-keeping) why folks in the "hospitality" business would not want to have a little "Haylie" in the house... :) More

Thank you for the very lovely review... thought I should point out that all our rooms have private bathrooms... 3 of them are ensuite... 2 of them are entered just outside the bedroom doors... easy to understand that it appears to be a shared bathroom.... :) We know the importance of not having to share a bathroom with other guests...:)...
