“Thank god it had a cheap price!”

We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke throughout the whole hotel. The room was very outdated, old, and stale. When we first arrived the front desk employee was nowhere to be found until we found her in a lounge room watching TV. She hurried us in and out and wasn't very helpful. I want to start off by apologizing for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. I am glad your room didn't smell like smoke but I am sorry about the smell of smoke in one of the hallways as we do have a few smoking rooms which sometimes let smoke out when guests open their doors.
