This was our fourth weekend stay at Judy Bunde's Inn, which is our "go-to" place in the Middlebury region. The common areas, living room, dining room, front porch are spacious, attractive and well equipped and we especially enjoyed our first stay in the Theresa Room, with the Calder Suite now in second place. Judy is engaging and very helpful with... More

Judy is a wonderful chef and innkeeper. She made huge, delicious breakfasts every morning and desserts at night (profiteroles!). It's a half a block into town, so very convenient. I would recommend it to a friend or my parents wholeheartedly.

The Innkeeper was nice and helpful but the room we had was tired with mismatched furniture. Scones were excellent at breakfast and the highlight of the stay. Price was reasonable for the time of year. Good location for fall leaf viewing.

Girls gone wild (or as wild as we could be) weekend. Judy couldn't have been more helpful. Suggesting places to eat, visit, etc. Made arrangements for us for massages, dinner reservations, etc. We had the whole place to ourselves and Judy was helpful, but not intrusive. Rooms were great. We plan on making this an annual affair. Great value for... More

What a fabulous place to stay. Judy goes above and beyond. She whipped up a dish for us to take to a wedding so we did not have to spend time shopping for one. She gave us great advice on places to go and routes to take. Her breakfasts are spectacular. The Inn was clean, comfortable and peaceful. We can't... More

We stayed 1 night in July 2012 at this lovely inn and really enjoyed ourselves. The two-bedroom Calder Suite was immaculate and comfortable and well worth the price. The owner, Judy, is very friendly and down to earth and made a terrific breakfast. The inn is also very close to the center of town. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at the Inn. We spent 3 nights there during Christmas. Judy was an excellent host! She was attentive without being overbearing. A delicate balance which she has perfected. We really enjoyed the conversations we had with her. The room we stayed in (The Calder Suite) was very comfortable, roomy, and we slept extremely well. The... More

My grown children and I have been visiting my friend in Brandon for 10 years and more. He has a great old house in the centre of town and we always have a great time when we visit and of course it is free. This year his daughter got married and we went down for the celebrations. My friend’s house... More

We stayed for two nights in October and loved the Inn on Park Street and the lovely village of Brandon, VT. Judy, the hostess, is a wonderful cook. The breakfast is wonderful, but the scones are spectacular. The inn is very clean, well-situated, and warm.

A lovely place to stay for the Moonlight in Vermont Tango Festival from Sept. 8th - 11, 2011. Judy is the consummate hostess, attending to everyone’s needs, and an amazing cook even willing to share her luscious scone recipe. She is full of information about Brandon and the area and delightful to converse with. The big surprise for me was... More
