This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this hotel. The first year was not that bad this year we felt like we were wasting our money. We booked 22 rooms for a dance competition, we were never told at any point that the hotel was under construction nor was the price they offered the... More

We have stayed at this hotel everytime we need a place to stay in Bountiful, even before it became a Comfort Inn. The location is convenient, close to the freeway. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast has a variety of food, including make-them-yourself waffles, biscuits and gravy, pastries, yogurt, and cereal. The pool area is clean... More

We chose this motel because of its pet-friendly status and location close to family we were visiting. I had called the motel before booking to ask about a pet fee, and was told there was none, but upon checking in, I was informed that there would be a one-time charge of $15. (at least it wasn't for each night, since... More

Stayed at this hotel because of location to meeting and choice hotel stay 2 nights get free night promotion. Hotel is very average in most respects and a little dissapointing in regards to ambiance. Very few guests that night giving it a dead feel. Perhaps that typical for first week of Dec in SLC area. Bed was comfortable enough, but... More

We booked this hotel because of it's location to the wedding we had come to attend. When walking into the lobby, the first thing you'll notice is the stench while waiting for the front desk attendant to come out. The hallways and carpets are worn and dull and the elevator is run-down. The rooms were clean, but we weren't able... More

The hotel itself doesn't offer much of anything beyond what is normally expected in a hotel. The breakfast is open until 10, which is a nice bit; and the hotel is open 24 hours, which is also nice. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. But the elevator was slow, the bed left my back... More

Old and rundown...very old in fact. Nice staff, but young and un-empowered. Terrible value for the money. Worth paying $50-$75. Continental breakfast until 10AM, but mostly gone at 9AM. Climate control worked well! Bring bottles, tap water tastes bad!

I stayed there for a week. It was not to bad just the beds were not all that comfortable. I stayed in the Ground Floor so everything was easy to access. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful not to much at the help desk though. The only mishap I had is that I booked via expedia and... More

Spent one night here. The hotel is older (a little drab) not updated. Our room was clean though and had comfortable beds. We had a microwave and fridge in the room. The indoor pool was clean, warm and a great place for the grand kids to visit and play in. There was a shortage of towels in the pool area.... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times to avoid the higher prices of staying downtown while doing business at the University of Utah. Each time I stayed it was creepier than the last...this is a ghost hotel. It is dark, dated, and you will always have to wait for someone to come to the front desk. In fact, I... More
