Nice, safe and less expensive place to stay, room was cleaned and everything were placed in well mannered. people working over there were very helpful. Motel is situated behind the Hospital, and very close to downtown.

Not a safe place to stay, lots of drug dealers walking around and crackheads everywhere. Need to shut down this place, I'm surprised that law enforcment doesn't do more to stop these people.

We were a little "taken back" by the looks of the neighborhood but it was almost dark and we were tired. We learned later that it was within the hospital district. The area was very quiet that night and the only problem we had was a rattle in the AC/heater cover.
