We travel to Tyler several times a year on business and over the past year will stay exclusively at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful and we always know that our stay will be perfect; wifi never a problem and fresh baked cookies at front desk nice after long day of work!

This hotel is quite new, clean and good service. Included breakfast was good and tariff was reasonable. Walls are a bit thin and shower pressure is excessive. Would stay here again when in Tyler. A bit hard to get to at first but after we found it, no problem. Good Mexican restaurant close by.
