the bed was comfortable the room was clean but the TV was outdated. A little hard to find if you've never been there before but I would stay there again. Very nice room for the price.....but I'm not as picking as a lot of people!! Just needed somewhere to lay my head after a night of partying..lol

We chose to stay here last night because it was very close to the bowling alley. Decided to take a chance despite bad reviews. The room was very clean, new-looking bed spread and linens. Plenty of towels, smelled fine. On checking in, we were asked to be sure and report any problems. When we checked out, same thing. Another lady,... More

The front desk clerk (who I believe may also be an owner) was almost disgusted that he had to assist us check in. I originally booked a King room and at check-in requested 2 beds since our daughter came with us last minute. It was almost as if he had to build an entire new hotel in order to fulfill... More

In-house restaurant is Indian cusine which causes the entire complex to smell of the food. The room was great with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The towels were substandard, so I used all of them, and fortunately, the room had it's own odor. There are many casual dining restaurants near by.

After an 11-hour drive from Alabama, I decided to stop at a Ramada Inn for the evening. Lucky for me I didn't get a chance to read the stellar google reviews for the place, as they have more 'terrible' reviews than all others combined, so Ramada is really off to to a photo finish right from the start. Lucky for... More

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm not hard to please at all and I was blown away with this hotel, and not in a good way. The men the front desk were rude and Not friendly. The room was old and Not worth the money to stay in. The furniture had marks all Over it. The pillows... More

We stayed one night as a layover location for part of our trip. We originally chose this hotel because of the good reviews.  We called and spoke to the night employee who was very difficult to understand because of his heavy accent from overseas. He said he would honor my corp discount which he failed to do and said he... More

My stay was great! Our room was very clean with many amenities, including microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable and clean! Above all, the staff, particularly Shaleen Virk, were most helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the Ramada Inn in Tyler Texas while my brother was in ICU at the hospital. The rooms were outdated and very old! When we checked out we were overcharged!!! We were charged one rate for one room and another rate for the other room, with all kinds of additional fees. It was very horrible experience for us!... More

In December/January we updated our rooms with new bedding and linen. Each room was painted with an accent wall. We have added several new suites that our guest have come to love. We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our billing and only charge what the guest incur with no additional fees. If an error in the rate is found... More
