I and my 2 associates had business meetings in Houston during OTC the week of May 5-8 2013. We booked our room directly thru the DAys Inn website. I stay at these hotels around Texas and this is the first time a front desk staff is so sick and rude. Otherwise the stay would have been pleasant and good.

Arrived 3/31/13 and the fornt desk clerk overcharged me and until I produced my email would not stand behind the rate. THe room was missing a smoke detector and the TV would lose channels on and off.

Very disappointed with this stay. The room was in a very poor state of repair especially the bathroom. The ceiling showed signs of extensive water damage, no stopper for the sink,broken tiles, noisy fan, toilet kept running.... Just so many problems. Looks to me like a very poorly managed place. Where is the pride?

If you're on a budget, trying to save per diem or just need a place to sleep for the night, this is the hotel for you. Don't be fooled by the professional photos posted.
