The room was extremely dark and that is what I like, it was quiet and extremely comfortable. I would love to return to this area and hotel and stay for a family visit. It was a lovely area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, good hospitality and friendly staff. Hotel is pretty new, very clean and good décor. Hotel is situated next to oodles of good restaurants, oodles of shops and one big theatre. Plenty of parking, free valet, free and FAST wifi. Go for the executive level (5th floor) where they serve snacks and free drinks.

My charging cable for my blackberry disappeared from my room. Small thing in the grand scheme of things, but doubt I would stay at a hotel again that would allow this to happen. Besides that It was a great room and hotel

I stayed here for a work meeting for 4 nights. This place was fantastic! The staff was so nice and accomodating. The room was great, clean and functional. The location is great. Everything is in walking distance and/or a short cab ride. This was a great trip and I would return to this hotel for sure.

No offer for help with bags, one elevator for half of the hotel, slowest wi-fi ever but it is free, and housekeeping that failed to replenish in-room coffee; yet very attractive room at a good weekend rate. Saving feature is that you are surrounded by restaurants and an abundance of free parking.

Great hotel, perfectly located and a fantastic staff would not stay anywhere else. Rooms are large and spaciuos and the decor is beautiful. Copelands restaurant on site is a true New Orleans experience right in the heart of Texas.
