Thank you for the great review! We love our return guests! We have installed blackout curtains and pillow-top mattress pads to make you more comfortable this year. Our upstairs suites are gone, but we have our four-plex on Oleander for larger family groups. We hope you will visit us again soon! More

For the weekend, there was a 3 night minimum stay. I'm not sure if that rule applies every weekend or the holiday. The rooms were okay at best. “Bugs, bugs and more bugs”

Entered the room and thank god my wife didn't see it. A roach the size of tw male fingers greeted me at the door. Walls/floors are thin so if you are on the bottom floor it sucks to be you. And agree cheep mattresses that made horrible noises all night. Thank god I take ambien to force me to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at South Beach Inn...except for one, rather large detail - the mattresses are terrible! After the first night, knowing we would be staying for another 4 nights, we drove to the nearest Walmart and bought a mattress pad. It took the edge off, but we still woke up every morning with neck and back aches.... More

Our beds are Sealy Hotel-quality beds which get replaced about every 3 years. We replaced all of the pillows this year. We will take this new information into consideration before we place our next bed order. Thank you for staying with us! More
