Had a great time. Excellent location, 1 minute walk to the beach with clear blue sea. The food is great, lots of choice, and available from 7am until midnight. Family of 3 just back from the Hotel Playa Santa Ponsa. Very clean but small room. Extremely small bathroom with a shower tray of about 1.5 foot sq & hitting your nose when sitting on the loo. I stayed here on my own and the food in the evenings was terrible - bad selection every night,poorly cooked and the tables were crammed together. Some of the restaurant staff were very rude too and some older people were eating lots of fruit to fill themselves up

We stayed here in May 2012, The room and location was fine but the only way to describe the food was HORRENDOUS! It was like feeding time at the zoo & the food was disgusting. Paid for all inclusive and had to eat out for every meal! waste of money! Never again!

We stayed at the hotel for a week with a 6 month old baby and thought this hotel is very accommodating for all sorts of people. The room is reasonably clean, excellent food, friendly house keepers esp' to Vicky and her cleaning buddy. The other staffs were very friendly and helpful. The beach is clean and just 5 mins walk....
