We were told upon arrival that we had been "upgraded". The room itself was clean with a double bed and a sofa bed that had been made up to accommodate our 14 year old son. Plus points: 1. Location 2. Swimming pool area quite nice. Negatives: 1. Was put in box room when arrived, even though room was advertised with balcony. Eventually got moved. 2. Breakfast VERY poor. 3. Gym non-existant. Spa area nothing more than glorified jacuzzi on the roof. 4. Hotel bar needs a serious revamp.
