My name is Beatriz I really had a blast at the hotel!!! I enjoyed an amazing view, exellent location and a very good rate , the food was great.... What else can I say... I want to go back!!! They have inernet access and personnel that take care of your needs every moment.

Stayed here for one night on Exodus's La Ruta Maya tour. Apparently the tour usually uses Casa Amelia in Flores but the previous group all complained about it and we were taken to Villa del Lago instead. I doubt it was much better. You should definitely choose a room with the lake view. The rooms are simple, clean, but nothing special.
