Tricky to find unless you have a GPS. Desk Manager was so polite and helpful. We arrived a little late and she was very accommodating. Our room was very clean and nice. No problems with our visit at all. Breakfast was nice and kept hot and full. Overall a very good one night stay.

This Holiday Inn Express is located on the south side of Livingston, Texas about 3 miles from town. I have nothing against pet friendly hotels but then guests have yappie little dogs they should have to stay at the other end of the hall. This as well as the over welding smell of cigerettes made for a long night. But if your ok with both then this is your kind of place.

I was very happy with our stay at the Livingston Holiday Inn. (2 adults 2 children) The Staff was just fantastic, Very friendly and helpful. The entire place was freshly renovated w/ attractive decor. The beds are very comfortable. Great service & reasonably priced!

The room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom had several extras for the guest such as a comb, shaving cream and razor along with the usual soaps and shampoo.
