Plain stay, with no concept of Gold VIP membership privileges. Don't expect too many frills at this Hampton Inn. The did retrieve two items I had accidentally left in my haste to check out and get to a different hotel. The Laredo Embassy Suites is a better location to use your travel dollars.

Got there at the beginning of summer, really hot and humid outside. We got the and the staff was very helpful and tried to get us as comfortable as possible. Our rooms were very clean and after been in the heat and humidity all we wanted was a shower. We had plenty of towels for evening shower and morning shower.

Easy check in and out. Excellent staff. However, the sink / counter was so high. The shower head was higher than any hotel I've stayed at. I had to stand on the tub's edge to reach it. Looking for a quiet, clean, safe, and affordable room for a quick business trip to Laredo. I had never stayed at this Hampton Inn before, but found it to be a very enjoyable experience. Quiet room though located on a major freeway. Easily accessible for restaurants, the mall and other businesses. Will be visiting again soon.

Like all Hampton Inns in which I have stayed I was very pleased with my experience. While all have offered breakfasts the quality has ranged from okay to very good. I stay at this location regularly when I am in Laredo on business. The staff is friendly. The lobby could use a remodel. The breakfast area is always clean and neat. I travel for business and stay at chain hotels. This particular Hampton Inn was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fresh and the staff were very friendly. I slept really well, too. Both Johnny Carino's and Applebee's are within walking distance.

Everything was good on my last visit to Laredo, Tx. Very clean hotel, excellent service from front desk. The pool looks good but i didn't use it because weather was a little cold.
