no other word unfriendly people and dirty rooms. cant stay here anymore why not clean bathroom better ,hair all over and staff did not help for claning or changed room. i would not recommend to anyone. try some other hotel.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Lampasas. Staff were extremely friendly and offered great advice on where to eat and upgraded our room so that we would be comfortable. Don't know how long this hotel will maintain it's decency after losing the Holiday Inn Express franchise. The desk clerk was not friendly but the chamber maids were very much so. My room was clean and well maintained.

The shower leaked all night - so loud we kept the door shut in the bathroom. Also they did not have a shower curtain liner installed. Instead use a second cloth shower curtain that absorbed all the water. Toilet clogged and overflowed. Overall the bathroom was disgusting. The rest of the room was fine and hotel was nice.

Stayed two nights, even with three weddings and a Senior Prom the staff called helped us find a place yo dinner for eight, staff were always ready to help. Clean and comfortable rooms.
