Very nice hotel easily accessible from I-20 and from downtown Kilgore. Room and bath were very clean. Room rates here cheaper than at Hampton Inn in Longview. Breakfast items varied from waffles and sausage to muffins and bagels. I would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again when in the area.

This is a lovely hotel in Kilgore. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even recommended a wonderful local restaurant for dinner. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, breakfast was typical Hampton Inn, basic but something for everyone. Would stay there again.

This hotel has great staff. The breakfast has a great mix with hot waffles and cold fruit. It is a well maintained property in excellent condition. I would recommend it for anyone traveling through this area.

I had a bad experience, I can say that I have had to deal with people very rude, I did not receive room service on the first day, Mr. maneger has also tried to change my rate to check out, breakfast is less than standart Hampton inn, I can safely say this is a bad hotel

The staff was very helpful and friendly, check in and check out was painless. The room was well accessorized, clean, and comfortable bedding. The morning breakfast was good, I very much enjoyed it. The picture of the hotel online really doesn't speak very well of the quality of interior performance.
