The rooms are clean and good price, but there is no free continental breakfast. The shuttle dropped us off ay the airport with no problem, but it took a while for them to pick us up. Only reason to stay here is if you get stranded at dfw. The hotel is ok but the check in staff was indifferent. The hotel shuttle is in a terrible passenger van. Do yourself a favor and avoid parking here if you want prompt pickup service when you come back to get your car. The staff at the Park Inn was great. Beatrice and Ross did an awesome job on my event. They made everything perfect for our meeting and I will definitely be going back to the Park Inn for my Dallas area meetings in the future. The rooms are very nice and roomy and the food is also top notch.
