Went back in February for anniversery. Was given wrong room and was finnaly given the right room that dirty and sticky on the tables. was given liitle to no compensation. Had to call the front desk manager 3 times who finally came up to clean the room himself

We loved the peaceful decor and surroundings of this hotel which is away from the bustle of Dallas and located on a small lake. The staff were friendly, competent and attentive. Ask for a room with a city view! Although the regular rooms are already huge, an upgrade to a suite with a balcony is also an excellent option.
