We were at the hotel for a cheer competition so it was very busy. Front desk was very friendly, the room was very spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was good - just wish they had some other juice besides Apple (orange juice dispenser was broken). Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

I've stayed here several times while visiting my family in Houston. Very nice and comfortable lobby. Room was okay, could use a little renovating. Bathroom was clean with generous amounts of toiletries. I really enjoyed the breakfast - omelettes, sausage, bacon, cinnamon rolls, coffee, etc. A Burger King and Denny's within walking distance.

People are courteous but had a problem with credit billing. They credited it twice to my credit card and then another to another card. I hope they get improved on this major aspect of handling their transactions.

Talk about a unorganized staff, they were all in the room beside the desk playing on the internet. Then realized I was waiting to check in and never apologized. The front of the place looks amazing.
