I can think of only 1 thing that wasn't exceptional about my stay, the machinery on the roof was noticeable while in operation. A different room location most likely would have resolved the issue. Other then that, the stay was far more than I expected!

The smoke alarm started chirping at 3:00 a.m. and couldn't be fixed until 7:00 a.m. The continental breakfast was very lmiited and eating area was cramped. The a/c was very loud. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I stayed here for one night, and the hotel was clean, had friendly service, and had nice features (like free coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby). It is kind of an older property (I think), but it has been kept up well, and I would stay there again.

The lady who runs the breakfast program is worth the price of a room just by herself. I can tell she enjoys what she does. This place is reasonable but comfortable. You get very good value. Hot breakfast is excellent, and staff warm and helpful. Pretty centrally located. Galleria and downtown are nearby. TV selection could be greater but room is clean and smells good.

In the Brookhollow area there are lots of conveniences & it's in a nice area of town. You have several chain restaurants & a few local. I needed a clean, centrally located basic hotel to stay in, I was pleasantly surprised to find such outstanding, friendly helpful staff - they treated my daughter and I like we were in a five star resort! Service with a smile DOES make a difference!

Like all Hampton Inn's, this was a very clean property was very clean. The breakfast hostess was amazing, tending to your every need, as was the hotel front desk staff. This Hotel was First Class!The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Spacious reception,clean as were the rooms.Wow what a breakfast! all manner of hot and cold foods plenty of choice and to top it all an extremely friendly and helpful member of staff who even served you if you wished!We would Highly recommend.
