This hotel does not let you become unhappy. Breakfast is sufficient and rooms are spacious. Mine had a big flatscreen, a small kitchen and a nice size fridge. The hotel is close to the galleria mall and nice bars. I would definitely stay there again.

We decided to evacuate for hurricane Isaac & got a room here on a family & friends discount for a few nights... Very clean! Whole hotel smelled good. Had my pitbulls with me she pretty much took over the living room area during the trip. Staff was very friendly & the location was in my favorite area (Galleria)

Hotel is in a rougher neighbourhood. Rooms were ok, but well worn and in need of renovation. The elevator felt like it might stop working at any time. The accomodations at this location were not at all what I am accustomed to when I stay at a CS. The hotel and its furniture were outdated, the breakfast was disappointing, our room smelled and the carpeting was dirty. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed there 2 nights and the hotel was very clean and comfortable ,had a great pool and breakfast. The surrounding area was a little sketchy . They did fix the lights in the parking lot and had a security vehicle on the grounds.
