The hotel is very old, it's great for Truckers needing a place to stay but definitely not for family's. I would not feel safe here with kids or even going to the room alone. The front office staff was nice but the office had a dog running around and smelled like smoke.

Beds were comfy and clean. New shower heads were great. If you don't look in corners, it was clean enough. Antique microwave but it worked. Flat panel tv. I read all the reviews and decided to see for myself! Great room friendly staff and awesome location no need to drive for food that's for sure! I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to the gainesville area.
