The staff met every need and were very knowledgable and helpful and our accommodations were great and kept very clean. The location is excellent -----just across from the Galleria and the staff offers complementary transportation to it. That is a big plus if you did not drive to Dallas!!

Everyone was very kind and courteous to us. One of the high points was the burgers in the bar cafe. The complimentary breakfast was very well done and tasty. Room clean, beds great, lots of pillows, close to lots of Dallas' best sights. Truly a five star experience

This Sheraton is in a great location by the galleria in Dallas. The hotel is older but the lobby is recently renovated. The rate was around $90 and included free Wi-Fi, breakfast, and parking. I was there two night, the bed was excelent, the room was clean and tipical of a sheraton hotel, it is near Galleria but far from the downtown. The looby bar is very confortable, the staff is kind, good music and nice food.
