Staff is very friendly, If the King beds are taken, they offer to combine two double beds so that you can have more comfort. Bartender Murph was very nice and Conchetta Dunn was the one who took care of the combining the beds.

I hate this hotel. This is my third stay here and it will be my last. I have gotten stuck with it using Priceline each time. Filthy. Needs renovations badly. There is no way it is a 3 star hotel. “Perfect location for UT Southwestern Interviewees!”

The staff were excellent, great room rates for UT Southwestern visitors. Had a few glitches along the way but the hotel staff went above and beyond to remedy them. Fly into love field, they will pick you up!

“Great Stay!”

The employees were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice. I had four ten-year-old girls and two twelve-year-old girls. They had a really good time at the pool and swam the night away. The pool area was very nice with an outside patio. This stay was exceptional!!!!!!
