This hotel is conveniently located to downtown Dallas. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The cooked to order breakfast is a must if you stay here. The restaurant staff is genuinely attentive and always with a smile.

Good experience with the hotel, however, pool side noise at night can be a problem. Other than that great stay. The accomodations and location was ideal for our conference. The staff was always responsive and great hospitality.

Ok experience. Room considered costly for size, amenities. Morning clerk was not very friendly, but manager took care of issue. Missed having a fan in the bathroom. Iron was dirty and smudged black on my white pants. Room service food was very good. Breakfast cost is steep at $14. Only coffee is offered for free in a.m.
