The staff was very helpful and friendly, with the exception of the gift shop lady talking on her phone the entire time I was in there browsing. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Front desk personel and shuttle drivers were exceptional even at 4:30 am when we were leaving for a flight.

Overnighted here awaiting morning flight at Love Field...a very comfy bed in a cavernously LARGE room, with a correspondingly grossly over-sized shower.
