Was very pleased with all aspects--Also, the shuttle drivers were very pleasant and efficient. This is definitely my first choice for a DFW airport hotel-great value!

The staff ignored us even when we were at the counter...we had to say excuse me to get them to help us. Very dirty, burn holes in all beds eveven tho we were in none smoking... room smell bad...old tooth brushes in shower
