I was very disappointed that the type of room I reserved was not available and instead of being offered an upgrade, I was downgraded to a standard room on a floor with construction. I do not feel the management and staff of this hotel properly handled this situation!

This facility is right off the freeway, but feels safe and green. Amenities included a small refrigerator and microwave in room in addition to coffee maker and hair dryer. There was ample parking by a door near my room for ease in transferring luggage. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food was good. There is a Starbucks just down the street.

As always this was a decent hotel which accomodates business travelers very weel - always a clean bed and room as well as a free breakfast. Great place to crash at night after a long day of travel. Hampton Inns are always a great choice for both business and leisure stays and this one was no exception. Rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. Great location with many options as it is located right off the highway.
