“Old and run down!”

The motel is old and run down BAD. Terrible plumbing, bedding, and carpet is nasty. Needs a whole new update. I was very disappointed with a Best Western to have let this poor conditions continue. “Nice Hotel!!!”

The Best Western Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN is a nice, clean hotel for all travelers. The Toni Inn does accept dogs too. The room was clean and comfortable. Do not listen to the bad reviews on here. The Best Western Toni Inn is GREAT! There Mangement is excellent and their staff always ready to help and they are friendly! Thank You Robert and your staff for making this a wonderful trip! I took 40 seniors there and had no complaints!!

“Right on the strip in Pigeon Forge.”

We have stayed here at least 3 different times and it is always consistently good. The rooms are clean and access to all of the attractions is convenient. Parking is very easy and you are in the middle of the strip so you can walk to most places if you want. Highly recommend.

“DOLLYWOOD TRIP”

The hotel is located exactly right for us. Close to Dollywood, Gatlinburg Golf Course and Alamo Steakhouse. We have stayed in a number of different places in Pigeon Forge but the Toni Inn is our number 1 choice.
