As others have said, this place is older. But, it is very clean & well maintained. Very quiet.....air conditioning in room was very cold. Well stocked. The staff there was GREAT...especially the man (sorry I didn't get his name) who cleaned the pool, kept the grounds clean etc. He was exceptionally nice. Would definately stay there again. This is a very nice place. A little older than some. but wonderfully maintained, clean. Has a wonderful clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi area. I guess I've been spoiled. In the past I have stayed in timeshares in the area that had a mountain charm feel to them. This is a two story townhouse just like in any neighborhood. I went up with my family for Thanksgiving weekend to shop. This room was great, lots of room, and great location for shopping and attractions. Very quiet, clean, and convenient to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Gameroom leaves something to be desired. The pool table was a rip-off (balls missing), w/ limited outdated games but overall the accomodations were quite comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
